Late-night hand-pulled noodle flights at the oldest counter in Old Market.
When the clock tower strikes eight, the lanterns come up on Lantern Alley and Golden Thread pulls three broths for the night crowd: beef, chili-oil, and the house mushroom stock that has been simmering since 1962. Flights are three half-bowls with pickles.
